Orders and delivery
An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance depends on stock, accurate customer details, payment authorization, security review, displayed charges and delivery availability. Returns and exchanges
We consider both defective items and qualifying non-defective new items, including a changed preference or an incorrect selection. Requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must remain new, unused and in its original condition. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label, and we charge no restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted subject to review and available stock.
