When will my order move?
A paid order is normally prepared in 1–2 business days. Following dispatch, carrier travel is estimated at 4–6 business days. Consult the Shipping Policy for shipping information.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We consider both defective items and qualifying non-defective new items, including a changed preference or an incorrect selection. Requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must remain new, unused and in its original condition. Approval is required before mailing; see the Refund Policy.
What about the return label and refund?
The parcel includes a free prepaid return label, and we charge no restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted subject to review and available stock. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days; its posting time is controlled by the financial provider.
